No tickets in your inbox
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. You can have the tickets sent again from any device: enter the email you used at checkout.
Send the tickets againTypo in your email? Press the same button in the same browser on the same device you bought the tickets with, and enter the correct email. If that's not possible, write to tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com with the concert and the correct email.
Concert cancelled or rescheduled
Cancelled: the full order amount is refunded. Rescheduled: your tickets are valid for the new date. Can't make the new date? You can get a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling email.
Write to tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
What do I show at the entrance?
The ticket's QR code on your phone screen. No need to print it.
How can I pay?
Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Depending on the card, Viva.com may add up to 4.5%. Apple Pay and Google Pay have no surcharge.
